Standard In-Stock veneers are: Rotary Cut Natural Birch, Plain Sliced Red Oak, Hardboard, Rotary Cut Mahogany, Legacy Walnut, Legacy Oak, Mendocino Oak, and all currently produced plastic laminates such as Wilsonart, Formica, Nevamar, Pionite, etc. are available for prompt delivery.

RAY-BAR ABUSE RESISTANT SHIELDED DOORS
Ray-Bar Lead Lined Shielded Wood Doors or Lead Lined Shielded Metal Doors are available in all standard lead shielding thicknesses with abuse resistant laminated faces added to address the reality of heavy function and impacts associated with most high volume traffic hospital and medical settings and environments, for dependable durability,low maintenance and providing a longer service life by reducing replacement and repairs, with Kydex or Acrovyn face laminations available in many current aesthetically pleasing and popular colors,patterns and designs. These Ray-Bar X-Ray door finishes provide both good looks and an easily cleanable surface,with a protective plastic "armor" cladding of the doors face surfaces to minimize impact damage due to gurneys,wheel chairs and other medical equiptment. Ray-Bar Lead Lined Shielded Astragals
Ray-Bar Lead Lined Shielded Astragals are utilized in providing a proper radiation seal for the vertical gap / joint between a pair of lead lined shielded doors. Ray-Bar Shielded Astragals are easy to install and available in standard 1/16" / 1.6mm / 4# leadlining and sized as 2" wide x either 84" or 96" high in Galvanized Primered Steel (Ready to paint), or in Clear Anodized Aluminum, and also in 304 Stainless Steel with a vertical #4 brush grained finish. Higher Lead Shielding of our Ray-Bar Astragals are also readily available to match your doors shielding requirements upon request.

Ray-Bar Radiation Shielded Door Thresholds and Shielded Bottom Sweeps
Ray-Bar's exclusive Leadlined Radiation Shielded Door Thresholds are floor mounted for under swinging door openings,or we can provide a Ray-Bar Shielded Bottom Door sweep that easily attaches or retro-fits to the bottom of a new or existing swinging or sliding shielded radiation door and the flexible shielding material brushes against the floor for a more perfect radiation resistant seal. These products only shield against alpha,beta,x-ray gamma radiation. (These products do not shielded against neutrons,however special thermal neutron shielded, fast neutron shielded or gamma/neutron shielded door sweeps are available upon request).
Standard Door Threshold sizes are 36" wide and 48" wide.
Standard Door Sweep sizes are 24",36",48",60",72",84" and 96".

RAY-BAR LEAD LINED HOLLOW METAL DOORS are made from premium Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel in
18, 16 and 14 gauge steel conforming to ASTM A527, coating Classification ZF001 with no
visible seams on faces or edges. Lead Lined Hollow Metal Doors are "ready to
paint" or supplied with plastic laminate on faces. Available non-rated, or with
fire-ratings and Positive Pressure "S" label up to 90-minute ("B" label) and upon request 1-1/2 Hour (90min) fire-rated with 450 degree Temperature Rise special option,
and up to 3-HOUR fire-rating
("A" label).
Listed for fire resistance and meets UL IOC and UBC 7-2-1997 positive pressure
test requirements part I and II.

RAY-BAR NEUTRON SHIELDED DOORS,
manufactured Lead Lined and/or Borated Polyethylene (BPE) filled cores with steel faces
and edges, to customer specifications for over twenty five years. These doors are custom
manufactured to suit each individual linear accelerator radiation / oncology project
requirement based on linear accelerator energy output, radiation type, orientation
to radiation sources, primary beam configuration and overall room design, as either sliding or hinged, swinging doors in new and retrofit applications
weighing up to 40,000 lbs. each. Neutron door composition requirements should be
